What we collect

When you book a table we keep your name, phone number, the date, time and number of guests, and any note you leave us (an allergy, a birthday, a high chair). If you write to us, we keep your email and your message.

Why we keep it

To hold your table, to text you a confirmation and, if something changes, to reach you before you travel. We never use your details for anything else and we never sell them.

Who sees it

Only the people who run the dining room and the kitchen. Our booking form is processed by our website host so the message can reach us; they do not use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Booking details are deleted ninety days after your visit. Emails are kept for one year, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies it needs to work and a privacy-friendly visitor count with no personal profile. There is no advertising tracking.

Your choices

You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Write to ciao@nonnarosa.com or ask at the counter and we will do it within a week.

If we change this page we will update the date at the bottom. Last updated October 2026.
